Richard Lazarus and Susan Folkman suggested in 1984 that stress can be thought of as resulting from an ‘imbalance between demands and resources’ or as occurring when ‘pressure exceeds one’s perceived ability to cope’. Our stress management workshop was developed to provide staff members with the resources and ability to mediate the stress response thus allowing stress to be controllable.
Time management is the act or process of planning and exercising conscious control over the amount of time spent on specific activities, especially to increase effectiveness, efficiency or productivity.
It is a meta-activity with the goal to maximise the overall benefit of a set of other activities within the boundary condition of a limited amount of time.
Our time management system is a designed combination of processes, tools, techniques, and methods to maximise productivity.
